OPEN WORLDWIDE WHERE PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.

PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO QUALIFY FOR THE PRIZE DRAWING.

FSHUB MEMBERSHIP AND PARTICIPATION UNDER FLORIDA AIR EXPRESS VIRTUAL AIRLINE ARE REQUIRED.

The promotion is referred to throughout these Official Rules as the “Promotion,” “Event,” or “Monday Night Football Event.”

2. EVENT

Florida Air Express Presents: Monday Night Football is a 17-week virtual aviation event conducted during the 2026 NFL regular season.

The Event consists of 17 individual stages, with one designated virtual flight associated with each stage.

Participants who successfully complete all 17 stages will qualify for the final prize drawing.

The Event is intended for entertainment and virtual flight-simulation purposes.

3. FSHUB MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT

Participation in the Event requires the participant to be a registered member of FSHub.

Participants must participate in the Event under:

FLORIDA AIR EXPRESS VIRTUAL AIRLINE

All 17 qualifying flights must be completed and properly recorded under the participant's Florida Air Express Virtual Airline participation on FSHub.

A flight completed under another virtual airline, another FSHub airline account, or an account not associated with Florida Air Express Virtual Airline will not qualify toward the 17-stage requirement.

Participants are responsible for maintaining an active and valid FSHub account throughout the Event.

4. PROMOTION PERIOD

The Event consists of 17 weekly stages corresponding to the Monday Night Football schedule used by Florida Air Express for the 2026 event.

Each stage will have a designated flight assignment published by Florida Air Express.

The Sponsor will publish the applicable:

Departure airport;
Arrival airport;
Route;
Aircraft requirements;
Flight number, when applicable;
Completion requirements; and
Other applicable stage requirements.

5. WEEKLY EVENT WINDOW

Each individual Event stage will have a specific completion window.

EACH STAGE WILL:

OPEN: Sunday immediately preceding that week's Monday Night Football event.

CLOSE: Wednesday immediately following that week's Monday Night Football event.

Participants may complete the designated flight at any time during the applicable Sunday-through-Wednesday window.

A flight completed outside the published window will not qualify unless Florida Air Express officially extends or modifies that stage.

6. ONE-WAY FLIGHT REQUIREMENT

Only the designated Event flight is required for each stage.

NO RETURN FLIGHT IS REQUIRED.

Participants must complete the published one-way Event leg for that stage.

If the published route normally represents a round trip, only the designated Event leg counts toward completion.

7. ELIGIBILITY

The Event is open to eligible individuals who:

Are 18 years of age or older at the time of the final drawing;
Are legally permitted to participate in the Event in their jurisdiction;
Are registered members of FSHub;
Participate under Florida Air Express Virtual Airline on FSHub;
Successfully complete all 17 Event stages;
Properly log or submit each required flight;
Comply with the published requirements for every stage; and
Remain eligible through the final drawing.

The Sponsor may exclude its owners, officers, employees, contractors, administrators, and members of their immediate households or families from prize eligibility.

8. WORLDWIDE ELIGIBILITY

The Event is intended to be available:

WORLDWIDE — WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW.

Participation is void where prohibited or restricted by applicable law.

Participants are responsible for determining whether they may legally participate in the Event and receive the prize in their country, territory, state, province, or jurisdiction.

The Sponsor reserves the right to restrict participation from any jurisdiction where conducting the Promotion or awarding the prize is prohibited or creates a legal or regulatory issue.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to override mandatory laws or consumer protections applicable to a participant.

9. AGE REQUIREMENT

Participants must be 18 years of age or older on the date of the final drawing.

The Sponsor may request reasonable proof of age and identity before awarding the prize.

Failure to provide requested verification may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

10. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN.

Participation does not require:

Purchasing a product;
Purchasing merchandise;
Paying an entry fee;
Making a donation;
Paying a membership fee;
Purchasing additional services; or
Providing other monetary consideration.

A purchase or payment will not increase a participant's chance of winning.

The Sponsor will not require a participant to pay money to enter the final drawing or claim the prize.

11. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE PRIZE

To qualify for the final prize drawing, a participant must:

1. Be an FSHub member;

2. Participate under Florida Air Express Virtual Airline;

3. Successfully complete ALL 17 stages;

4. Properly record each qualifying flight on FSHub; and

5. Remain eligible through the final drawing.

The participant must complete:

ALL 17 STAGES ARE REQUIRED.

12. NO PARTIAL COMPLETION

There is no prize eligibility for partial completion.

A participant who fails to complete even one required stage will not qualify for the final prize drawing unless Florida Air Express officially establishes a replacement or extension applicable to that stage.

13. STAGE REQUIREMENTS

Each stage will have published requirements.

Requirements may include:

Designated departure airport;
Designated arrival airport;
Designated route;
Required aircraft;
Required flight number;
Flight-tracking requirements;
Minimum or maximum operational requirements;
Completion requirements; and
Proper logging of the flight.

Participants are responsible for reviewing the requirements for each stage before beginning the flight.

14. FLIGHT LOGGING AND VERIFICATION

Each Event flight must be properly recorded using FSHub or another method officially announced by Florida Air Express.

Florida Air Express may verify any or all 17 stages.

A flight may be rejected if the Sponsor reasonably determines that:

The required route was not flown;
The flight was not completed;
The flight was completed outside the applicable Event window;
Required information was not properly recorded;
Records were falsified or manipulated;
Another pilot's records were used;
The flight was duplicated;
The flight was not operated under Florida Air Express Virtual Airline; or
The participant otherwise failed to satisfy the published requirements.

15. ONE ENTRY PER QUALIFYING PILOT

Every participant who successfully completes all 17 stages receives:

ONE ENTRY INTO THE FINAL DRAWING.

Completing additional flights does not create additional entries.

Flying a stage multiple times does not create additional entries.

All qualifying participants receive exactly one entry.

16. FINAL DRAWING

After Week 17 closes and all qualifying flight records have been verified, Florida Air Express will create the final list of eligible participants.

One participant will be selected at random from the eligible participant list.

The Sponsor will use a random selection method designed to provide each qualifying participant with an equal opportunity to be selected.

17. ODDS OF WINNING

The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible participants who successfully complete all 17 stages.

For example, if 25 pilots successfully complete all 17 stages, each qualifying pilot will have a 1 in 25 chance of being selected.

18. PRIZE

ONE (1) $60 USD PAYPAL PRIZE

Prize Value: $60 USD

One qualifying participant will receive a $60 USD payment through PayPal.

No other prize will be awarded.

19. PRIZE DELIVERY

The winner will be required to provide the information reasonably necessary to deliver the prize.

The Sponsor may request:

Winner's legal name;
Confirmation of age;
Country of residence; and
PayPal account information necessary to send the payment.

THE SPONSOR WILL NEVER REQUEST:

A PayPal password;
Two-factor authentication codes;
Security questions;
Banking passwords; or
Other confidential account-security credentials.

The Sponsor is not responsible for payment problems resulting from incorrect information supplied by the winner, PayPal account restrictions, payment-provider interruptions, or circumstances outside the Sponsor's reasonable control.

20. PAYPAL

PayPal is being used solely as a method of delivering the prize.

PayPal is not a sponsor, administrator, or partner of this Promotion.

PayPal's terms, conditions, availability, and applicable fees may apply to the prize transaction.

If PayPal is unavailable or legally restricted in the winner's jurisdiction, the Sponsor may, where legally permissible, use a reasonably equivalent alternative payment method.

21. TAXES AND FEES

The winner is responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting requirements, currency-conversion charges, or other governmental obligations associated with receiving the prize.

The Sponsor makes no representation concerning the tax treatment of the $60 prize in any particular jurisdiction.

Participants should seek independent tax advice if necessary.

23. WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT

WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT DATE

JANUARY 7, 2027

The winner will be announced during the January 7, 2027 Facebook Live drawing, subject to completion of eligibility verification.

The Sponsor may announce the winner's virtual airline pilot name, first name, last initial, or other limited identifying information as permitted by applicable law.

24. ALTERNATE WINNER

If the selected participant:

Cannot be contacted;
Does not respond within the time specified by the Sponsor;
Is under 18;
Is otherwise ineligible;
Failed to complete all 17 stages;
Cannot legally receive the prize; or
Fails to provide information reasonably necessary to deliver the prize,

the Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible participants.

25. DISQUALIFICATION

Florida Air Express reserves the right to disqualify a participant who:

Violates these Official Rules;
Provides false information;
Submits fraudulent records;
Manipulates flight records;
Uses another participant's account;
Attempts to manipulate the drawing;
Uses unauthorized methods to obtain an advantage;
Interferes with Event administration;
Flies a qualifying stage under another virtual airline; or
Engages in conduct that materially undermines the integrity of the Event.

26. TECHNICAL PROBLEMS

The Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including:

Internet outages;
Simulator failures;
Computer failures;
Software failures;
FSHub outages;
Website outages;
Server interruptions;
Email failures;
Facebook outages;
PayPal outages; or
Other technical problems.

If a technical issue materially affects an Event stage, Florida Air Express may extend, repeat, replace, or modify the affected stage in a manner intended to preserve fairness.

27. EVENT MODIFICATION

Florida Air Express reserves the right to modify, extend, suspend, or terminate the Event if circumstances outside the Sponsor's reasonable control make continuation impractical or impossible.

Where reasonably possible, material changes will be announced through official Florida Air Express communication channels.

The Sponsor will not intentionally change the Event rules for the purpose of giving a particular participant an unfair advantage.

28. PRIVACY

Florida Air Express may collect information reasonably necessary to administer the Event, verify eligibility, maintain flight records, communicate with participants, select the winner, and deliver the prize.

Information may include:

Pilot name;
FSHub account information;
Florida Air Express Virtual Airline participation;
Flight records;
Event completion information;
Email or contact information; and
Prize-delivery information.

The Sponsor will not request unnecessary PayPal security credentials.

A separate privacy policy should govern the Sponsor's broader collection, use, retention, and protection of personal information.

29. PUBLICITY

Subject to applicable law, Florida Air Express may announce the winner's first name, last initial, virtual airline pilot name, or similar limited identifying information.

The Sponsor will not publicly disclose sensitive financial or account-security information.

Any publicity requiring separate consent under applicable law will be subject to that consent.

30. VIRTUAL AVIATION DISCLAIMER

This is a virtual aviation and flight-simulation event created for entertainment purposes.

The Event does not represent:

Actual commercial airline operations;
Actual passenger transportation;
Actual cargo transportation;
Real-world employment;
Real-world pilot certification; or
Actual airline service.

Participation does not create an employment, contractor, transportation, agency, or pilot relationship between Florida Air Express and any participant.

Participants remain responsible for complying with the applicable rules and terms of their flight simulator, FSHub, and other software or services.

31. NFL DISCLAIMER

Florida Air Express is an independent virtual airline organization.

This Event is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with the National Football League, ESPN, ABC, The Walt Disney Company, or any NFL team.

“Monday Night Football” is used solely to describe the football-themed subject matter of the virtual aviation Event.

All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

32. FACEBOOK DISCLAIMER

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Meta Platforms, Inc.

Facebook is being used solely as the platform for the live announcement and drawing.

Participants release Facebook from responsibility for the administration of the Promotion to the extent permitted by applicable law.

33. PAYPAL DISCLAIMER

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with PayPal.

PayPal is used solely as a potential method of prize delivery.

34. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Florida Air Express and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, administrators, and representatives will not be responsible for losses, claims, damages, liabilities, injuries, expenses, or costs arising from participation in the Event or acceptance, use, misuse, or inability to use the prize, except to the extent such limitation is prohibited by law.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

35. GOVERNING LAW

These Official Rules will be interpreted and applied consistent with applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, matters concerning the Promotion will be governed by the laws applicable to the Sponsor's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to eliminate mandatory rights or protections provided to participants under the laws of their jurisdiction.

36. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

37. OFFICIAL RULES AVAILABILITY

These Official Rules should remain publicly available throughout the Promotion.

Participants should have an opportunity to review the rules before participating.

Official updates will be published through designated Florida Air Express communication channels.
